Rental pricing includes the use of grounds and the facilities of Rose Mallow Barn and the following:

  • 300 white folding chairs.

  • Round & banquet tables for guests.

  • 3,000 square foot Rose Mallow Barn.

  • Climate-controlled bridal dressing room with private, double vanity restroom.

  • Climate-controlled groomsmen suite.

  • Climate-controlled catering kitchen, caterer of client's choice, no restricitons.

  • Two public restrooms for guests.

  • Stone firepit on the rivershore.

  • Parking for guests.

  • Use of grounds for engagement and bridal portraits.

  • 30 X 50 pavillon with electricity on the rivershore 

  • Rental items available upon request.
